The public is a necessary part of public art-involved in enjoying it, supporting it and appreciating it. The Newport News Public Art Foundation welcomes the public’s participation in its programs that take a variety of forms.

 

Support sculpture and education programs

The vast majority of the works installed by the Newport News Public Art Foundation are privately funded. Additional support makes possible the education and outreach programs that help adults and children see the art through informed eyes and appreciate the stories it tells.
